IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-034 (1049/1219) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />GRANT OF EASEMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />("CALTRANS"), FORA 557 SQUARE FOOT PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 13909 EAST 14TH STREET <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Grant of Easement to <br />CALTRANS for a signal at the entrance to San Leandro Hospital and the future Senior Center on <br />13909 East 14th Street. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 7th day of April, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (~) <br />ABSENT: None (~) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
