The City may <br />borrow ahead 5 years. The estimated balance <br />after East 14'h from south limit to SLB is $2,600,000 <br />Background <br />Rule 20B/C projects are projects that are funded <br />by applicants or developers. <br />Rule 206 is for larger developments, PG8~E <br />provides approximately 20% of the cost, applicant <br />pays 80% <br />Rule 20C is for smaller projects, applicant pays <br />100% <br />1 <br />
