Members of the Public may request the opportunity to address the City <br />Council regarding items remaining on the Consent Calendar by filling out a speaker card and <br />submitting it to the City Clerk prior to the calling of Item 7, Amendment of Consent <br />Calendar. Items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be considered for approval under <br />one motion. <br />8. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered for approval by the City Council with one single <br />action. As described above in Item 7, Amendment of Consent Calendar, the City Council <br />may remove items from the Consent Calendar for purposes of presentation or discussion. <br />Members of the public who have requested to address the Council regarding items remaining <br />on the Consent Calendar may do so for up to 3 minutes per item with a maximum of 5 <br />minutes for all items. Items listed on the Consent Calendar are deemed to have been read by <br />title. <br />A. Minutes of the Meeting of April 21, 2008. <br />B. Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling for Bids on the I- <br />880/Washington Avenue Interchange Improvements, ACTIA Project No. 11, Project <br />No. 144-39-007 (provides for improvements to address the traffic congestion in the area <br />of Washington Avenue, Fargo Avenue, Beatrice Street and the on-ramp to 1-880).(2999) <br />C. Resolution Approving Program Supplement Agreement No. 011-N to the Master <br />Agreement for Federal -Aid Projects with the State of California Department of <br />Transportation (Caltrans) for the East 14th Street Median Improvements, Project No. 08- <br />150-38-228, Federal -Aid Project No. HP21L-5041(029) (authorizes the City Manager to <br />execute the Program Supplement Agreement that accepts federal funding for the subject <br />project). Resolution Authorizing Submission of a Request to the Metropolitan Transportation <br />Commission (MTC) for the Allocation of Fiscal Year 2008-09 Transportation <br />Development Act (TDA) Article 3 Pedestrian/Bicycle Project Funding (provides for <br />handicap ramps, sidewalk, sidewalk bulbouts, pedestrian safety signage, accessible <br />pedestrian traffic signals, and lighted crosswalks at various locations Citywide). (1980) <br />E. Matter of Annual Reporting of the 911 Fee Revenue Program (outlines revenues and <br />expenditures relating to the Emergency Communication System Access Fee, as required <br />by San Leandro Municipal Code Section 2-16-220). <br />• Motion Approving the Annual Reporting of the 911 Fee Revenue Program and the <br />Proposal to Continue the Current Fee of $2.06 per Single Access Line.
