IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-045 (2318) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES <br />PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4. 100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code, a copy of which is attached, is hereby amended. <br />That the provisions of this Section shall take effect on July 1, 2008. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 5th day of May, 2008, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: —V�� �� <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
