The following paragraphs shall be substituted in their entirety for Sections <br />2.2 and 2.3: <br />2.2 Payment Schedule. Based on invoices received, Agency shall pay Consultant not <br />more than 50% of contract cost no sooner than 45 calendar days prior to the <br />scheduled opening day of each farmers' market as set up costs. Thereafter, Agency <br />shall pay 40% of contract cost no later than July 15 of each contract year upon receipt <br />of invoices. <br />2.3 Final Payment: The final 10°/n of contract costs will be paid within 30 days of <br />completion of the scheduled farmers' market season for each contract year upon <br />receipt of invoices. <br />If you agree with this modification, please sign and date below where indicated and return the <br />original letter to the Office of Business Development.
