1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-050 (1207) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2008-2009 FIVE-YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR <br />LJNIDERGROL7ND UTILITY DISTRICT CONVERSION PROJECTS <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on Apri120, 1992, amend the <br />Underground Utility District Master Plan. Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be <br />evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be converted within the next five <br />years. <br />This Council has reviewed and considered aFive-Year Project List for Underground <br />Utility Conversion Projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated as the <br />2008-2009 Five-Year Project List Underground Utility Conversion Project: <br />1. East 14th Street Phase 2 (150`h Avenue to San Leandro Boulevard) <br />2. Merced Street (Marina Boulevard to Fairway Drive) <br />3. Parrott Street (Hays Street to San Leandro Boulevard) and Hays, Clarke, <br />and Carpentier Streets (West Juana Avenue to Parrott Street) <br />4. MacArthur Boulevard (Superior Avenue to Joaquin Avenue) <br />5.
