29210-06 J H:5 M: Idw 03/21 /08 04/07/08 OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE $[33,255,000] REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ALAMEDA COUNTY -CITY OF SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT TAX ALLOCATION BONDS, SERIES 2008 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro << (the Agency) that electronic or facsimile bids will be received by representatives of the Agency for the purchase of $[33,255,000]" principal amount of bonds designated the "Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Alameda County -City of San Leandro Redevelopment Project Tax Allocation Bonds, Series 2008" (the "Bonds"). No hand delivered or facsimile bids will be accepted. The bids will be received in the manner and up to the time and date specified below, provided, however, that the Agency reserve the right to postpone or change the sale date upon notice delivered via Thompson Municipal News as provided in this Official Notice of Sale: DATE AND TIME: 9:00 A.M. California Time on Wednesday, June 18, 2008, and so long as a proposal has not theretofore been accepted by the Agency, on any date thereafter without further advertising, as provided in this Official Notice of Sale. ELECTRONIC BIDS: Bid proposals may be submitted via PARITY, as provided below. Please note that the Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the sale of the Bonds upon notice given through Thompson Municipal News by 5:00 P.M., California time the day prior to the day bids are scheduled to be received, and if the sale is rescheduled, notice of the new sale date and time, if any, will be given through Thompson Municipal News no later than 5:00 P.M. the day prior to the new day bids are to be received, and bids will be received in the manner set forth above at the rescheduled date and time as the Agency may determine.
