Matter of Accepting the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2008-09 for the Heron Bay <br />Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Approving the Annual <br />Assessments, and Levying the Assessments for Fiscal Year 2008-09 (approves the <br />Engineer's Report, confirms and levies each individual assessment as stated in the <br />Engineer's Report). <br />• Resolution Accepting the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2008-09 for the <br />Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. <br />96-3 (accepts the annual report pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Chapter <br />2-5). (2811) <br />• Resolution Ordering the Levy and Collection of Assessments Within the Heron <br />Bay Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Fiscal Year <br />2008-09 (increases the assessments by 5% from $521.24 to $548.52 per single- <br />family unit and from $347.70 to $365.66 per motor court unit). Resolution Approving Program Supplement Agreement No. N013 -N to Master <br />Agreement for Federal -Aid Projects with the State of California Department of <br />Transportation (Caltrans) to Accept Federal Funds and Obligate City to Provide a Local <br />Match of $24,000 to Federal Funds for the Advanced Traffic Management System <br />(ATMS) Upgrade Project, Project No. 150-38-288, Federal -Aid Project No. CML - <br />5041(030) (provides upgrade to system by adding new technology and implementing <br />the most current communication protocols).
