IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-053 (2500) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 012-N TO <br />THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS WITH THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) TO <br />PROVIDE LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR THE <br />WASHINGTON AVENUE AND ESTABROOK STREET INTERSECTION PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 150-38-283, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. 04-5041R <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 012-N to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federally Funded Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of <br />California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. <br />012-N. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 012-N is hereby approved and execution thereof is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 19th day of May <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: del l,C~,;~,~C~~:2 ~~CZ-"/'~,~G. <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
