This project is one <br />that resulted from these recommendations. <br />This project includes: installation of decorative street lighting in the downtown area (an area <br />bordered by Fast 14th Street, Davis Sheet, Hays Street, Juana Avenue, and Parrott Street); <br />closure of the West Joaduin Avenue entrance to the area south of East 14t~' Street to create a new <br />pedestrian plaza; and reconstruction of two City-owned parking lots. <br />
