Request For Proposals (RFP) were sent to four consulting firms for design, bidding and <br />construction support services. Three of those firms responded to the RFP, their proposals were <br />evaluated, and KOA Corporation was selected based on its familiarity and experience with <br />similar projects. <br />KOA Corporation has been in business since 1987, providing trafficJtransportation engineering <br />services to both public agencies and private developers.
