<br />On February 20, 1996 by Resolution No. 96-23, _ the City Council certified a negative
<br />declaration for the Westgate Parkway project and approved reconfiguration of the
<br />northbound and southbound I-880 off-ramps
<br />• On April 15, 1996 by Resolution No. 96-46, the City Council approved a consultant services
<br />agreement with Rajappan & Meyer Consulting Engineers for establishing a plan line for
<br />Westgate Parkway
<br />• Resolution No. 2000-63, approved on May l , 2000, approved the Alameda County
<br />Expenditure Plan and recommended to the Alameda County Board of Supervisors to place an
<br />extension of the 1/2 cent sales tax on the November 2000 Ballot (Measure B)
<br />Resolution No. 2000-176, approved on November 2, 2000, authorized DFSI funds for the
