taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and repayment of debt with tax increment shall be extended by <br />one (1) year from the current date of July 11, 2043. <br />The Plan Amendment, constituting the Seventh Amendment to the Alameda County -City of <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Project Area, consists of the following additional andlor <br />replacement text as follows: <br />A) The addition of two sentences to Section 900: "The effectiveness of the Redevelopment Plan <br />shall terminate on July 11, 2034. The Agency shall not receive property taxes pursuant to <br />Section 33670 after July 11, 2044." <br />B) The replacement within Section 602(6) of the sentence beginning "Such loan, advance, or <br />indebtedness" with the following sentence: "Pursuant to Section 33333.2 of the Health and <br />Safety Code, such loan, advance, or indebtedness must be repaid no later than July 11, 2044, <br />fifty-one (51) years from the effective date of the ordinance approving and adopting this plan." <br />The Plan Amendment is hereby approved and adopted. The Plan, as amended by the Plan <br />Amendment, is incorporated in this ordinance by reference and is hereby designated as the <br />official redevelopment plan for the Project Area. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a certified copy of this Ordinance to the <br />Agency. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its adoption. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause this Ordinance to be <br />published once in the Daily Review, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated <br />in the City of San Leandro. <br />Section 5. If any part of this Ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance, and this City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed the remainder of this Ordinance if such invalid portion <br />thereof had been deleted. <br />IF' ANY SECTION, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase or word of this ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council of the City of <br />San Leandro hereby declares that it would have passed and adopted this ordinance and each and <br />all provisions thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more of said provisions be declared <br />unconstitutional. <br />
