IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-066 (1051) <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATION LIlVIIT <br />FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-09 <br />Following availability of the documentation used in the determination of the Appropriation <br />Limit pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code, this Council has reviewed and considered <br />the data contained in Attachment 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 7910 of the Government Code and Article XIII B <br />of the California Constitution, the City Council does hereby establish the Appropriation Limit for <br />Fiscal Year 2008-2009 at $139,427,250 as more specifically set forth in Attachment 1. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 16th day of June, 2008, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos ~7) <br />NOES: None ~0) <br />ABSENT: None ~0) <br />ATTEST: ~~~~~~, ,~ ~~~~. ~ ~ ~~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
