EXHIBIT A <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 8216 <br />15301 FARNSWORTH STREET <br />FINDINGS <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 8216 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br />1. Prior to the release of the Parcel Map for signatures, the City of San Leandro (City) will <br />require an annotated copy of the Conditions of Approval (PLN2005-00005) explaining <br />how each condition has been satisfied. A copy of this document shall be submitted to <br />the Engineering and Transportation Department and the Community Development <br />Department for review and final approval. <br />2. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies, and regulations. <br />All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design Standards, <br />Specifications, and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. Design review fees, development impact fees, permit fees, inspection fees, and any other <br />fees charged by the City or other reviewing agencies for the review, approval, <br />permitting, and inspection shall be paid by the applicant prior to the City Engineer <br />signing the map. <br />Date: ~ .~ <br />nneth Josep , P.E., City Engineer <br />Engineering and Transportation Department <br />City of San Leandro <br />
