,~ <br />(b) In any accusatory pleading charging a violation of this Code, if the <br />defendant has been previously convicted of a violation of this Code, each such <br />previous violation and conviction shall be charged in the accusatory pleading. <br />(c) Any person convicted of violating the prohibition of this Article a second <br />time within a 30 day period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />4-1-950 SEVERABILITY <br />If any subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this Article is for any <br />reason declared unconstitutional, invalid or ineffective by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity or the effectiveness of the <br />remaining portions of this Article or any part thereof.
