l y ~ r <br />Section 3-3-265: UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - <br />RESPONSIBILITY. The City of San Leandro does hereby assume responsibility for <br />implementation of Chapter 6.7, Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code (Sec. <br />25280 et seq.), the State Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances Law. <br />Section 3-3-270: UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - <br />ENFORCEMENT. The City of San Leandro Fire Department is hereby designated as the agency <br />of the City responsible for the administration and enforcement of Chapter 6.7, Division 20, of the <br />California Health and Safety Code, and Subchapter 16 of Chapter III of Title 23 of the California <br />Code of Regulations. <br />Section 3-3-275: UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS -FEES. <br />Pursuant to Chapter 6.7, Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code, annual <br />registration fees shall be imposed, in an amount established by resolution of the City Council. <br />Section 3-3-280: UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS - <br />VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. The violations and penalties as set forth in Chapter 6.7, <br />Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code, are hereby specifically adopted. <br />Section 3-3-285: RESERVE. <br />Section 3-3-290: Adoption of Standards. <br />Section 3-3-290 is hereby deleted. <br />Section 3-3-295: Adoption of 1989 Supplement. <br />Section 3-3-295 is hereby deleted. <br />ARTICLE 3. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />Section 3-3-300: RELEASE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS; CLEANUP OR ABATEMENT; <br />LIABILITY FOR COSTS. <br />(a) Additional Authority. The authority and remedies provided by this section are in <br />addition to those provided by any local, state or federal law. <br />(b) Fire Department Clean Up And Abatement. The Fire Department is authorized to <br />clean-up or abate the effects of any hazardous material or any other material that is <br />
