IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2002 - 028 (1099/1009/1024) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />(PLN2002-00031) 2500 DAMS STREET <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 79A-515-2-5 <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That property described as 2500 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Number <br />79A-515-2-8 is hereby reclassified from the IG Industrial General Zoning District to IG Industrial <br />General, Planned Development Overlay District (IG-PD). <br />Section 2: The- City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on November 4, 2002. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
