SECTION 4. Chapter 3-2 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by repealing sections 3-2-215 through and including section 3-2-400, excluding <br />section 3-2-230, which is hereby renumbered and reenacted as section 3-2-215. <br />SECTION 5. Section 3-10-110 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />3-10-110 Abatement of Nuisances. <br />Any trailer park within the City of San Leandro maintained in violation of the <br />Chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and such violation shall be abated in <br />the manner provided in Chapter 1-12. Any nuisance as defined by this Chapter, or any <br />violations of this Code or any other applicable local, State, or Federal law or regulation <br />found to exist in any such trailer park, may be abated in the manner provided in Chapter <br />1-12. <br />SECTION 6. Section 3-11-305 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />3-11-305 Enforcement. <br />Any violation of this Chapter may be abated in the manner provided in Chapter 1- <br />12. Additionally, the City Manager or his designee, or any Enforcement Officer as <br />defined in Section 1-12-110, shall have the authority to seize, take, remove, or cause to <br />be removed, all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored, or held in <br />violation of this Chapter. The City may recover, administratively or through appropriate <br />civil action, any costs involved in such seizure, take, or removal, including attorney's <br />fees. <br />SECTION 7. Section 3-16-110 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />3-16-110 Enforcement. <br />Any violation of this Chapter may be abated in the manner provided in Chapter 1- <br />12. Recovery of the costs of any enforcement action may be had according to the <br />provisions of said Chapter 1-12, in addition to any recovery provided by Article 2 of this <br />Chapter. <br />SECTION 8. Section 3-18-135 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />3-18-135 Violations Deemed A Public Nuisance. <br />In addition to the penalties provided in this Chapter, any condition caused or <br />permitted to exist in violation of this Title 3 is a threat to the public health, safety and <br />188745-1 <br />
