For the purposes of enforcement pursuant to Section 1-12-200 <br />of this Code, any violation of this Chapter except Article 6 shall constitute an infraction. <br />SECTION 17. Subsection 4-12-800 (c) of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(c) In addition to the other penalties set forth in this section, a violation of the <br />provisions of this Chapter is an infraction punishable in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 1-12-200 of this Code. <br />SECTION 18. Subsection 4-12-800 (d) of the City of San Leandro Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(d) Violation of the provisions of this Chapter is hereby declared to be a public <br />nuisance and may be abated in the manner provided in Chapter 1-12 of this Code. <br />SECTION 19. Section 4-17-400 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4-17-400 Alternative Actions Available-Violation an Infraction. <br />Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to prevent the City Council from <br />enforcing the terms of this ordinance by ordering the commencement of a civil <br />proceeding, nor to preclude the City from pursuing any other remedy available under <br />Chapter 1-12 or any other applicable law. Violation of the provisions of this Chapter <br />constitutes an infraction punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-12- <br />200 of this Code. <br />SECTION 20. Section 4-29-215 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4-29-215 Violation as Public Nuisance. <br />Any violations of the provisions of this Chapter are expressly deemed and <br />declared to be a public nuisance, and such violation shall be abated in the manner <br />provided in Chapter 1-12. <br />SECTION 21. Section 5-6-205 of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6-6-205 Revocation of Driver's Identification Card. <br />The City Manager or his designee shall revoke or suspend any driver's <br />identification card in the event the holder there of violates any of the provisions of this <br />Chapter or is convicted of reckless driving (Vehicle Code § 23103) or for the violation of <br />any law, which violation, in the discretion of the City Manager or his designee, shall be <br />188745-1 <br />
