E. There shall be no parking or storage of boats, trailers, camper tops, inoperable <br />vehicles and the like outside the building, within the project site. <br />F. Refuse containers and recycle bins shall be left in the designated areas on the property <br />or in the rear yard area, and out of view from the public right-of--way on non-service <br />days. <br />G. No items shall be stored on top of any parked vehicle. <br />VIII. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Any electrical or gas meters, utility switch boxes, telephone, interface cabinets, outdoor <br />refuse, storage areas or other utility feature shall be screened from view by a fence, wall <br />or landscaping; details subject to the approval of the Community Development Director. <br />B. All exterior mechanical equipment such as air conditioning/heating units and <br />radio/television antennas shall be screened from view so as not to be visible from <br />adjacent properties or streets to the satisfaction of the Community Development <br />Director. This condition shall not apply to wireless cable receivers that do not exceed <br />three feet in diameter. <br />IX. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />A. Construction activity shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. <br />Monday through Friday, and construction activity shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. <br />and shall cease by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. No such construction is permitted <br />on Federal holidays. As provided in this City of San Leandro's Noise Ordinance <br />(ORDINANCE NO. 2003 - 005), "construction" shall mean any site preparation, <br />assembly, erection, substantial repair, alteration, demolition or similar action, for or on <br />any private property, public or private right-of--way, streets, structures, utilities, <br />facilities, or other similar property. Construction activities carried on in violation of this <br />Article maybe enforced as provided in Section 4-11-1130, and may also be enforced by <br />issuance of a stop work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for such <br />construction activity. <br />B. Construction activity shall not create dust or safety hazards for adjacent properties. Dirt <br />and mud shall not be tracked onto Williams Street, East 14th Street, Washington <br />Avenue or any nearby streets from the project site. <br />C. Construction debris, and construction materials and equipment shall not be left in the <br />front yard setback of the existing home. <br />X. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A. There shall be no outside storage of any type in the landscaped areas, uncovered parking <br />areas, and driveways accessing the off-street parking facilities.
