agreement, condition, or provision or any other agreement, condition, or provision contained in <br />the Lease, nor shall any custom or practice that may arise between the parties in the <br />administration of the terms of this Lease be construed to waive or to lessen the right of Lessor or <br />Agency to the performance by the other in strict accordance with these terms. The subsequent <br />acceptance of Rent under this Lease by Lessor shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any <br />preceding breach by the other parry of any agreement, condition, or provision of this Lease, other <br />than the failure of Agency to pay the particular accepted Rent, regardless of knowledge of the <br />preceding breach at the time of the rental acceptance. <br />13.2 Notices. All notices, consents, demands, and other communications from one party to the <br />other that are given pursuant to the terms of this Lease shall be in writing and shall be deemed to <br />have been fully given when delivered, including delivery by commercial delivery services or <br />facsimile transmission, or if deposited in the United States mail, certified or registered, postage <br />prepaid, when received or refused. Exhibits A <br />through E attached hereto are hereby incorporated by reference. <br />13.3 Time of the Essence. Time is of the essence in this Lease and all of its provisions. <br />13.4 Binding on Successors.
