Amendment to the Legal Services Agreement with the Law Firm of Meyers, July 21, 2008 <br />Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson (Meyers Nave) To Provide Ciry' Attorney <br />Services To The Ciry Of San Leandro <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The Agreement will be funded by a combination of sources including, general fund, <br />redevelopment funds, enterprise funds and third party charges (cost recovery). It is <br />anticipated that there will be a modest increase in the total annual cost of legal services as <br />a result of the rate increase. The retainer amount will increase annually based on the San <br />Francisco Bay Area Consumer Price Index. <br />Budget Authority <br />Funding was approved by the City Council in its annual budget for FY 2008-09. <br />Attachments <br />Proposed Legal Services Agreement -Amendment No. 3. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The City Manager recommends that the City Council approve the resolution authorizing <br />the execution of the Amendment No. 3 to the Legal Services Agreement between the City <br />of San Leandro, Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and the law firm of <br />Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson to provide legal services to the City and <br />Redevelopment Agency. <br />-4- <br />111506b-2 <br />
