IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-022 RDA (3141} <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND 1750 DOOLITTLE, LLC FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE WEST SAN LEANDRO/MACARTHUR <br />BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA AT <br />1750 DOOLITTLE DRIVE, APN: 079A 0385 002 04 <br />A Loan Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and <br />1750 Doolittle LLC, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Stephens and passed and adopted this 2°a day of September, <br />2008 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~ t .,,~.~,Q(,r1.~, ~~t <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
