IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-103 (3082) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY <br />AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT, PROJECT 04-210-69-146 <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Presentation Products, Inc., DBA Spinitar <br />dated April 17, 2006, by Resolution No. 2006-038, Washington Manor Library Audiovisual <br />Equipment, Project No. 04-210-69-146, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 2°d day of <br />September, 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: V ~' ~k~-'l~t~~~,~j ~~.ti~l.~ki~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
