IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-105 (3047) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR <br />TRACT 7497 AT 915 LEWELLING BOULEVARD; DEVELOPER: DIVERSIFIED <br />DEVELOPERS, INC. <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and Diversified Developers, Inc. dated July <br />17, 2006, approved by Resolution No. 2006-087, the subdivision improvement work for Tract <br />7497 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 2°d day of <br />September, 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~'~1'~.~~~i='~~~ ~~LC~'~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
