1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-109 (2999) <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR THE I-880/WASHINGTON AVENUE <br />INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS, ACTIA PROJECT NO. 11, PROJECT NO. 144-39-007 <br />RECITALS <br />The City of San Leandro did, on July 24, 2008, publicly open, examine and declare all <br />sealed proposals or bids for the work described in Resolution No. 2008-046 of the Council of <br />said City adopted on May 5, 2008, which resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a <br />description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for <br />comparison and recommendation. <br />The Engineering and Transportation Director has recommended that the proposals for <br />said work be rejected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects said proposals or bids for doing said work. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Stephens and passed and adopted this 2°d day of <br />September, 2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />. ,, <br />ATTEST: ~~n~~~ ~ ~,1~e~.~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
