IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />2007-2008 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT <br />(CAPER) AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION THEREOF <br />BY THE CITY MANAGER <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act and <br />amendments, the federal government requires local communities to submit a Consolidated <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) on the progress made on the Annual <br />Consolidated Action Plan. <br />The City of San Leandro, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development (HUD), has duly published notice of such hearing and has conducted a public <br />hearing to obtain the views of citizens on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation <br />Report (CAPER) for fiscal year 2007-2008. <br />A copy of said Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Council is familiar with the <br />report. <br />The City Manager recommends approval and submission of said Consolidated Annual <br />Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) as attached. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the attached 2007-08 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report <br />(CAPER) is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit <br />the same on behalf of the City of San Leandro. <br />
