(a) Designate a contact person with the authority to make decisions for the <br />City regarding the Work and to provide Siemens with information sufficient to contact such <br />person m an emergency; <br />(b) Coordinate the work of other contractors under City's sole control so <br />as not to disrupt the Work and Services from proceeding in an efficient manner; <br />(c) Permit Siemens to coordinate with WPCP staff regarding building <br />controls, systems, apparatus, equipment and machinery necessary to perform the Work; <br />(d) In accordance with Section 14 hereof, notify Siemens promptly of all <br />known or suspected Hazardous Materials at the Site, of any contamination of the Site by oil <br />or hazardous material, and of any other conditions requiring special care or which may <br />reasonably be expected to affect the Work, and provide Siemens with any available <br />documents describing the quantity, nature, location and extent of such materials, <br />contamination or conditions; <br />(e) Comply with all laws and provide any notices required to be given to <br />any government authorities in connection with the Work, except such notices Siemens has <br />expressly agreed in writing to give; <br />(f) Provide Siemens with legally required materials and information <br />(including but not limited to Material Safety Data Sheets) related to all Hazardous Materials <br />located at any Site where the Work is to be performed; <br />(g) Furnish to Siemens any contingency plans, safety programs and other <br />policies, plans or programs related to any Site where the Work is to be performed; <br />(h) Operate all Equipment in accordance with the Consolidated Operation <br />and Maintenance Manual according to the manufacturer's recommendations, including those <br />set forth in the manufacturer's operating manuals or instructions, as well as all requirements <br />of applicable law or of authorities having jurisdiction. <br />(i) Promptly notify Siemens of any unusual or materially changed <br />operating conditions, hours of usage, System malfunctions, installed equipment or building <br />alterations that may affect the Equipment or energy usage or any Services; and <br />(j) If applicable, provide and pay for a dedicated voice grade dial-up <br />phone line, or a mutually agreed upon communication method, and install a terminal block, <br />or an equivalent communication mechanism, in a mutually agreed upon location. All on-line <br />service Equipment (excluding the phone line) will remain the property of Siemens unless <br />otherwise stated herein. <br />Section 7. RESERVED <br />Section 8.
