Fiscal Impact <br />The design and build component of this project is estimated at $3,287,124. The balance of the <br />contract, consisting of maintenance services in the amount of $2,363,234 over 15 years, will be <br />funded annually by the Water Pollution Control Plant fund. <br />Budget Authority <br />After review of various funding options including lease/purchase, it was determined that internal <br />financing was the most cost effective method of financing this project.
