Details including number size and location shall be submitted <br />for the review and approval of the City of San Leandro Police Department, Fire <br />Marshal, and the Community Development Director, prior to issuance of building <br />permits. Street names shall be approved by the City of San Leandro Police <br />Department, Fire Marshal, and the Community Development Director. Specific <br />property addresses will be assigned by the Building Division of the Community <br />Development Department. <br />E.
