IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-117 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GROUP 4 <br />ARCHITECTURE RESEARCH & PLANNING, INC. RELATING TO THE SENIOR CENTER <br />PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 06-210-18-116 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Group 4 Architecture & Planning, <br />Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 15th day of September, <br />2008, by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: ~_~~'~-'V1 ~~~' <br />(0) <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
