EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE <br />Compensation for the scope of work as described in Exhibit A shall be on a Time and Materials <br />basis. Work shall be performed on an hourly basis. The scope of work shall expand or contract <br />as necessary during the course of construction as directed by the City. <br />Hourly Rate: <br />Certified DSA Inspector of Record-- $95.00/hr; <br />Total cost shall be on a "Not to Exceed" basis of $215,000 unless otherwise authorized <br />by an approved change order from the City. <br />Notes: <br />1. The proposed rate is per inspector with a 4-hour minimum per site visit. <br />2.
