That on or about the 24th day of MAY 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with DENALECT ALARM, 1309 PINE STREET, WALNUT CREEK, CA 94596, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 210-69-146. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Developers Surety And Indemnity Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 8th day of August 2008. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASHINGTON NIANUR LIBRARY PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 210-69-146 project is that of public improvements made to public right-of--way in certain land(s) designated as 1241 Manor Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
