IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2008 - <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AMENDING SAN LEANDRO <br />ZONING CODE: PART IV, ARTICLE 17, SECTIONS 4-1702 <br />REGARDING OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1: Part 4, Article 17 of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 4-1'702 <br />Computation of Spaces Required. T-~-in-tl3o-i~~tien~~tl~o-~iiemen~-e~~-tli~-~1~*ac~e; a <br />~'~~" ''° r°,.,,;,-°a If after calculating the number of required off-street parking. spaces a <br />_quotient is obtained containing a fraction of one-half or more (0.5), an additional space <br />shall be required; if such fraction is less than one-half it may be disregarded. <br />Section 2: Effective Date and Publication. <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title thereof shall <br />be published once prior to adoption.
