That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Washington International Insurance Company. On or about the lit" day of February 2008, Washington International Insurance Company assumed control of the work under terms of the bond due to failure of Krama, Inc. to complete the contract. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the ~"`~ day of September 3008. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WASiFIINGTON MANOR LIBRARY, P`ROJI;C'I' N~. 210-69-I46 project is that of fee simple title in certain land(s) designated as 1241 Manor Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
