IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-124 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />WINZLER AND KELLY CONSULTING ENGINEERS RELATING TO THE <br />DOWNTOWN LIGHTING AND PEDESTRIAN ENHANCEMENT PROJECT, <br />PROJECT NO. 961-83-054 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Winzler and Kelly Consulting <br />Engineers, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized; and <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6th day of October, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br />ATTEST: ~'~~~~CC 1' ~~~~~~' <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
