IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-127 (2323/3098) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />(CSA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND PBS&J RELATED TO PREPARING <br />THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) FOR THE KAISER PERMANENTE SAN <br />LEANDRO MEDICAL CENTER/MARINA POINT MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />IN SAN LEANDRO IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $737,007 (ADDITIONAL AMOUNT <br />OF $249,393 ADDED TO ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF $487,614; COST TO BE REIMBURSED IN <br />ITS ENTIRETY BY ICI DEVELOPMENT COMPANY) <br />An amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and EIP Associates, a <br />division of PBS&J, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment to the agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Starosciak and passed and adopted this 6th day of October, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak; Mayor Santos (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />RECUSED: Councilmember Grant <br />(1) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens (1) <br />ATTEST: ~~, '~U1.,~1.-(~~~ ti 1 - ~ l 1~..~ ~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
