Developer shall attend all <br /> Shoreline CAC meetings, scheduled to begin in <br /> December 2008, and prepare materials for <br /> presentation at meetings, as needed. <br />4. Partic~ate in all Community Meetings. Developer Ongoing <br /> shall attend all Town Hall Community meetings and <br /> other community meetings to share Project concepts <br /> and obtain feedback. <br />5. Participate in City Council Meetings. Preliminar~Project Concept Submittal. Completion by the October 2009 <br /> Developer of the due diligence which may include the <br /> following items: soils/geotechnical, phase 1, <br /> hazardous materials, title review, boundary/ALTA <br /> survey, initial traffic study, initial utility study, <br /> acoustics, entitlement process, retail market study, <br /> hotel market study, development fee study, and/or <br /> other studies as needed at Developer's sole discretiorL <br />8. Negotiation of Business Terms for Agreement December 2009 <br /> Re ardin~ Development of Project. Developer and <br /> City will agree to main business terms. <br />9. CE A Review.
