The reformed RAC would be created to <br />provide input on the development of the five-year implementation plan, including housing set- <br />aside goals and objectives. <br />The Rules and Communications Committee and staff recommend adoption of the following three <br />Resolutions: <br />1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro to create a 10 member RAC to <br />provide input to all of the Project areas (West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard, <br />Alameda County-City of San Leandro, and Plaza). <br />2. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro to discontinue the current WSL <br />RAC and to repeal the original Resolutions that established them. <br />3. The City of San Leandro to dissolve the current Joint RAC and to repeal the original <br />Resolutions that established them. <br />
