IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2008-014 (3075) <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AMENDING SAN LEANDRO <br />ZONING CODE: PART IV, ARTICLE 17, SECTIONS 4-1702 <br />REGARDING OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1: Part 4, Article 17 of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4-1702 Basic Requirements for Off-Street Parking and Loading <br />Computation of Spaces Required. T~rtl~e-~Pli~a~rtl~e-~eq~eme~s eis~tisie;-a <br />c'~~" ''° r°^,,;,.°'' If after calculating the number of required off-street parking spaces a <br />quotient is obtained containing a fraction of one-half or more (0.5), an additional space <br />shall be required; if such fraction is less than one-half it may be disregarded. <br />Section 2: Effective Date and Publication. <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title thereof shall <br />be published once prior to adoption.
