Mayor Santos commented on the limits he has personally imposed on his travel. Councilmember Souza stated that she did not support the recommendation to expand the guidelines to include international travel at this time. Councilmember Grant suggested that the matter be scheduled for a full Council discussion. By consensus, the City Council approved this recommendation. 4.
