Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens (arrived at <br />8:36 p.m.); Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. PRESENTATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Quarter, Robert Fitzgerald, Senior Engineering <br />Aide, Engineering and Transportation Department. <br /> <br />Robert Fitzgerald was present to receive his award. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2008-120 <br />B. , Resolution Commending Shelia Young and Designating Her <br />Mayor Emeritus (designates former mayor Shelia Young as Mayor Emeritus). (1081) <br /> <br />M/S/C Souza and Starosciak. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0; Absent: 1 (Stephens) <br /> <br />Mayor Emeritus Shelia Young expressed appreciation to the City Council for honoring <br />her with the title. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Mayor Santos stated that he had the opportunity to view this presentation, and felt it <br />important that the City Council see it as well. <br /> <br />water, wastewater and storm water delivery systems and the challenges we face in <br />dealing with our aging water infrastructure. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
