Resolution No. 2008-124, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Winzler and Kelly Consulting Engineers Relating to the Downtown Lighting and Pedestrian Enhancement Project, Project No. 961-83-054 (provides for the installation of decorative street lighting in the Downtown area bordered by East 14th Street, Davis Street, Hays Street, Juana Avenue, and Parrott Street; closure of the West Joaquin Avenue entrance to the area south of East 14th Street to create a new pedestrian plaza; and reconstruction of two City-owned parking lots).
