IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR <br />TRACT 7810 AT 1537 HAYS STREET; ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 075-0012-007, <br />OWNERS: DAVID LANGON AND KATHY LANGON, DEVELOPER: ARBOR PLACE <br />PARTNERS, LLC. <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and Arbor Place Partners, LLC dated <br />September 4, 2007, and approved by Resolution No. 2007-118, the subdivision improvement <br />work for Tract 7810 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2.
