IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-140 (3097) <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK FOR <br />TRACT 7810 AT 1537 HAYS STREET; ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 075-0012-007, <br />OWNERS: DAVID LANGON AND KATHY LANGON, DEVELOPER: ARBOR PLACE <br />PARTNERS, LLC <br />Pursuant to an agreement between the City and Arbor Place Partners, LLC., dated <br />September 4, 2007, and approved by Resolution No. 2007-118, the subdivision improvement <br />work for Tract 7810 has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />3. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to <br />said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />Director, the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bond heretofore <br />given for maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 17`a day of November, <br />2008, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Grant (1) <br />ATTEST: ~~~.:~c~ ~IC~/i/~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
