IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND C. KELL-SMITH & <br />ASSOCIATES RELATED TO THE AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM IN SAN <br />LEANDRO <br />An amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and C.
