ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES 4-1-700 DEFINITIONS. As used in this Article, the ollowing words and phrases shall mean: (~ "Alcoholic beverage "shall mean and include alcohol spirits liquor, wine, beer, and everLliquid or solid containing alcohol spirits wine or beer that contains one-half o one percent (0. No person shall consume, drink, exhibit or possess an open container of any alcoholic beverage on any street, sidewalk, alley, or highway. This Section shall not be deemed to make punishable any act or acts which are prohibited by any law of the State of California. ~SJ 4-1-715 DRINKING IN PARKING LOTS.
