The public is invited to make comments on items of public interest NOT <br />listed on the Agenda. <br />Antonio Christian, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, commenting on <br />incidents of crime and the general lack of respect for the law in San Leandro, Mr. Christian <br />suggested increased police patrol at Estudillo and Benedict. He expressed concern for public <br />safety and a personal willingness to volunteer to help the City address its crime problems. <br />Rose Johnson, President of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, addressed the City <br />Council, introducing the new Chamber CEO, David P. Johnson. Mr. Johnson provided a <br />brief biography to the City Council, and expressed his desire to work with City leaders. <br />Alberto Colon, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, commenting that many <br />of the problems in his neighborhood that he previously reported to the Council have been <br />
