Analysis This is a Priority Project that was included in the San Leandro Redevelopment Agency 2004- 2009 Implementation Plan and the 2007 Mid-term review. Acquisition of the properties needed for this project will be partially reimbursed by ACTIA, as this project is one of the projects approved for Measure B funding. Fortunately, the property owner is motivated to sell to the City. The City will acquire the property with the tenant still on site. The tenant will pay the City fair market rent (currently $4,065.63 per month) for the duration of its stay on the property, and we will arrange for the tenant to relocate prior to construction. This action will appropriate Redevelopment Agency funds for the acquisition of the property needed for the project and relocation of the tenant at a later date.
